Current Recommendations for Adult Horses:
• Perform 3-4 faecal egg counts per year to determine the shedding status.
• Work with your veterinarian to determine your horse’s risk for parasite-related disease and appropriate worming program.
• Conduct FECRTs annually to check for worm resistance.
• Treat at least once per year with an effective allwormer, for example Strategy-T or Equimax, based on FECRT results
